Custom Sewn Sublimation Team Jerseys

Tank Tops & Leggings

Made Entirely In Louisiana USA.

90% of custom sports jerseys on the market are made overseas. Even when you purchase from a local "uniform" company, chances are that company is just "flipping it" to a wholesale company based in China, South America, Vietnam or Pakistan. They are charging you full price of about $40-$60 per jersey, and having them made for about $15 wholesale, and laughing all the way to the bank.

Take a look at the tag of one of your existing jerseys. Where was it made? Do you know the environment in which it was made? Does it matter to you? If it does matter to you, please keep reading. If it doesn't matter to you, then hopefully someday you'll change your mind before more of your neighbors lose their jobs.

We do things different and hope that matters to you and your team. In 1960, 90% of apparel sold in the US was made in the USA. Today, only 2% of apparel is made in the USA. In 1990 there were roughly 900,000 sewing manufacturing jobs in the US. Today there are roughly 150,000.

In the world of custom team jerseys, there are generally 2 kinds. There are custom sewn sublimation jerseys and cotton t shirts.

Top level teams generally order all over, custom dye sublimated jerseys because they understand the importance of maximum comfort while at work or play. All of our custom jerseys, tank tops and leggings are printed and then sewn on a per order by us, in the New Orleans area. We don't outsource any of our custom sewn apparel.

Our custom jerseys are far better than the competition because we actually care about how our proprietary fabric is made. Our fabric is produced in a mill in North Carolina which uses very special yarn. This yarn contains important properties like moisture management, odor control and is made from recycled plastic bottles.

Most sublimated jerseys on the market are purchased through middlemen, and outsourced to places like China, South America or Pakistan. We promise no one cares what goes into the making of those's all about profit for them and the middlemen who take your order. We PRINT, CUT & SEW all of the items that we sell right here in Louisiana. We put people above profits, and are not paying slave wages to have our game jerseys made. It might cost us a little more to offer a sustainable product, but we think it's worth it. We hope you do to.

a) Moisture Wicking (COOLMAX®)--- Our raw jersey and tank top fabric is custom made in North Carolina using the best performance properties available. For moisture and cooling management, our fabric includes COOLMAX® technology. Click here to see a short video about why COOLMAX® is important.

b) Made from Recycled Plastic Bottles (REPREVE®)--- Our fabric is also made from REPREVE® Recycled Polyester Yarn made in North Carolina. Click here to see a short video about how the recycled polyester in our jersey fabric is made.

c) Anti Microbial (A.M.Y.®)---Less bacteria means less odor. Amazing technology embedded in A.M.Y.® permanently inhibits the growth of odor causing bacteria, mold, mildew and algae on fabric. A.M.Y.® extends garment life with less discoloration and degradation, and is environmentally safe.

d) Breathability---We prefer to use a lightweight birds eye/flat back polyester mesh. This means that the outside of your jersey will have the birds eye mesh, and the inside will be flat against your skin to avoid chaffing. This allows both breathability and comfort. Birds eye mesh is not see through, and it feels fantastic on a hot day!

Other budget teams order “ready made” cotton t shirts with a standard screen printed design. T shirts are awesome for any time other than playing sports. These are generally one or 2 color cotton tees and are not very good for staying cool on hot game days. Cotton soaks up sweat like a wet towel, but some people prefer that.

Whatever your championship goals are, it’s important to “look good, feel good, play good”. Our team of graphic designers have well over 15 years designing awesome shirts, and we’re happy to help you make your dreams come true.
