We usually ship items out within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. On occasion an item may be out of stock and has to be reprinted which can add some extra days to your order. During FLASH SALES, it may take up to 7-10 days to ship your items due to the large volume of orders that come in at one time. Rest assured that we treat all orders as if they were our own. We are a family business and do everything we can to make sure our customers feel like skipping and whistling :)

Items must be in original, unwashed condition for us to exchange them, no exceptions. If you send an item back to us with makeup, perfume, food, etc on it, we will donate it and you will not receive a refund.
Please email us and we will help you with your order prior to placing it. If we send you an item that is damaged then we will accept returns, and we'll also pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
